2.2. Our Website is a collection of web pages hosted on the Internet, united by a single theme, design and address space of performancelabus.com. Our home page providing a Visitor with the access to all other Website pages is available at performancelabus.com.

Website Visitor is a person who has downloaded any page of our Website performancelabus.com onto his device (including but not limited computer, laptop, mobile), as well as the page of any of its sub-domains.

If you or your representative withdraw the Consent to process personal data, we have the right to continue processing personal data without your consent only if there are grounds specified in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in other applicable legal acts.
