Performance Lab has offices in the U.S. and Russia, along with 500 QA and testing professionals! We are growing aggressively and we are expanding our regional sales force out of our Santa Clara office.
- Consistently deliver aggressive service revenue targets – commitment to the number and to deadlines
- Prospecting and cold calling CIOs, IT, Quality and Testing Managers, while breaking into mid-large sized companies that either develop software or implement customized off-the-shelf software packages
- Named Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management
- You will need to navigate multiple stakeholders, gain access and sell our services to either replace other 3rd party vendors or an ineffective internal testing operation
- Monitoring and reporting on all sales activities via company’s custom CRM
- Understand how to leverage both international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value to the customer
- Participating in ongoing sales training/coaching

- 5+ years direct and channel software testing/enterprise software/IT services/software development selling experience to large enterprises is a must.
- Previous experience both opening and closing enterprise level complex multi stakeholder services solutions
- Proven track-record of hitting quota through cold prospecting
- Selling services above $100K
- Previous experience selling into one or more of the above Target Verticals
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills
